2024 GIVEAWAY OPPORTUNITIES

We want to thank you for your support of our Wellness Program! This year, we will be hosting two lotteries as part of our Wellness Plan sign ups. If you sign up and pay for your Wellness Plans by January 31, 2024, your name will be entered in a drawing for a chance to win one of three (3) $100 VISA gift cards! The results of the drawing will be announced on February 1st for our three winners.

Then, we will repeat a drawing for one of two (2) $100 VISA gift cards for all those who have signed up and paid for their Wellness Packages by February 29, 2024! The results of that drawing will be announced on March 1st.

2024 WELLNESS PACKAGES

Complete Horse Package = $575/year

This ultimate horse care package is designed for performance, show, and trail horses. These horses are always on the go! They endure the stress of traveling and/or competing and are at the greatest risk of illness. This package keeps them well protected against common respiratory diseases, bacteria, parasites, and mosquito-borne viruses while optimizing their immune systems and keeping their dental balance perfect! Because there are a number of vaccines required in the spring, they may be split up into 2 separate visits in the spring with an additional visit in the fall. This package includes:

• Call charges (2-3 times a year)
• Wellness exam (twice a year)
• Eastern/Western Encephalomyelitis (annual)
• West Nile Virus (annual)
• Tetanus Toxoid (annual)
• Rabies (annual)
• Potomac Horse Fever (twice a year)

Multiple Horse Package = $535/year per horse

This complete health package is designed for those with more than one horse! We know that it can be challenging to keep up with all of their needs so we designed this package with you and all your horses in mind. While it still has all of the benefits of the Complete Horse Package, this package adds greater benefits and discounts for those with more than one horse. This package includes:

• Call charge (2-3 times a year)
• Wellness exam (twice a year)

Limited Horse Package = $200/year

This whole horse health package is designed for the horses that enjoy hanging around the house! Yes, that’s right, even horses that never leave the farm need vaccines. These horses are exposed to mosquito-borne diseases, bacterial diseases such as tetanus, and of course rabies. Pasture pets and homebodies alike will love the convenience and value of this health
package. This package includes:

• Call Charge (annual)
• Wellness exam (annual)
• Eastern/Western Encephalomyelitis (annual)
• West Nile Virus (annual)
• Tetanus Toxoid (annual)
• Rabies (annual)
• Fecal Egg Count and deworming recommendations (annual)

Senior Horse Package = $685/year

This complete wellness package is designed for the senior horse. While senior horses are exposed to mosquito-borne diseases, bacterial diseases, viruses, and parasites, they are also prone to other diseases. These include subclinical disease and metabolic disease which may be causing a compromised immune system. This package includes a full wellness blood screen which helps detect these issues, dental care, and vaccinations recommended for senior horses. This package includes:

• Call charge (annual)
• Wellness exam (annual)
• Eastern/Western Encephalomyelitis (annual)
• West Nile Virus (annual)
• Tetanus Toxoid (annual)
• Rabies (annual)
• Complete Blood Count (CBC) (annual)
• Blood Chemistry (annual)

• Dental exam with power float and sedation (annual)
• Sheath/Udder cleaning (annual)
• 10% off all other vaccines, Digital Coggins, and Pro ID Microchip

All packages must be paid for in full by March 31, 2024, to qualify for the discounts. Appointments can then be scheduled anytime during the year. An additional 10% off vaccines and microchipping may be paid for at the time of service. CRVS accepts all major credit/debit cards, care credit, Zelle, and checks are accepted.

Please note: Call charges included in the packages are for preventative care visits related to what’s included in the package only. Packages with three call charges include 2 in the spring and 1 in the fall- this allows vaccines to be split up appropriately in the spring and accounts for the dental exam/float to be done on one of the days that vaccines are given. Dental floats can be done either in the spring or in the fall.

All packages are non-refundable and can’t be transferred to other patients/accounts.
