Eligibility: Horse owners that are U.S. residents may participate.
Promotion Period: The Equine Dewormers and Vaccines Rebate is available from 12:00:00 AM ET on January 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Invoices must be dated January 1 – December 31, 2026.
Qualifying Purchases:
- Purchase 1 tube of qualifying dewormer product to be eligible for a $5 rebate.
- Purchase 1 qualifying vaccine 1-dose syringe product to be eligible for a $5 rebate.

Terms: Horse owners must make a qualifying purchase of Eligible Product(s) and submit their receipts to the Zoetis Rebate Center. Horse owners can submit a maximum of two separate qualifying purchases during the Promotion Period provided that each invoice qualifies for a rebate. Limit of two rebate submissions per name, address, or household. Maximum rebate of $150 per submission, for a total of $300 per household. Purchases must be made between January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026.
