Balance for services is due upon receipt. Any balances unpaid after 30 days will be subject to a finance charge of 18% APR or a minimum of $5.00. Any balances unpaid after 60 days will be subject to credit debt collections. We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, Care Credit, Zelle, Checks, and Cash.
Checks and cash payments: Can be mailed to 1070 Lower South Main Street Bangor, PA 18013, or dropped off during office hours, Monday-Friday 9 AM to 4 PM.
Credit/Debit card payments: Payments can be made online through the link below. You may also call our office during office hours with your information to pay over the phone or send us an email with your information.
