Eligibility: Horse owners that are U.S. residents may participate.
Promotion Period: January 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Invoices must be dated January 1 – December 31, 2025.

Qualifying Purchases:

  • Purchase 1 tube of qualifying dewormer product to be eligible for a $2 rebate.
  • Purchase 1 qualifying vaccine 1-dose syringe product to be eligible for a $3 rebate.
  • Purchase 1 qualifying vaccine 10-dose vial product to be eligible for $30 rebate.

Promotion Period: Begins June 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Invoices must be dated during the Promotion Period to qualify.

Qualifying Product from your Veterinarian:

  • Horse owners that purchase a one (1) Dormosedan Gel syringe are eligible for a $3 rebate.

Terms:

During the Promotion Period, horse owner must purchase a qualifying product and submit an invoice from their veterinarian to the Zoetis Rebate Center at EquineRewards.com. The invoice must indicate one (1) Dormosedan Gel syringe. Horse owners can submit a maximum of two qualifying purchases during the Promotion Period. Limit of two rebate submissions per name, address, email, or household. Maximum rebate of $3 per submission, for a total of $6 per household. Purchases must be made between June 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.

Rebate Payment: Rebate will be paid via PayPal®, Venmo® or check based on customer’s preference. Invoice submission must be made no later than January 15, 2026.
